Les jours raccourcissants et la nature commen\u00e7ant \u00e0 s&rsquo;endormir, il \u00e9tait temps de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9colte 2019. Le miel \u00e9tant arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 maturit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mme Allaire (professeur de SVT) et Mr Hameau (professeur d&rsquo;EPS) sont venus ce samedi matin pr\u00eater mains fortes \u00e0 Zacharie, \u00e9l\u00e8ve de 4\u00e8me1 pour pr\u00e9lever les hausses. Celui-ci s&rsquo;est charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9couper les opercules de cire qui prot\u00e9geaient les alv\u00e9oles contenant le pr\u00e9cieux nectar avant de d\u00e9poser les cadres dans l&rsquo;extracteur. Une fois dans cet appareil \u00e0 forme cylindrique, Zakarie a fait tourner les hausses pour extraire le miel contre les parois \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la force centrifuge. Le miel s&rsquo;est ensuite d\u00e9vers\u00e9 vers le fond de la cuve o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 tamis\u00e9 et r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un seau pour \u00eatre d\u00e9cant\u00e9 pendant le week-end afin d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus pur. Les hausses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remises \u00e0 leurs places avec encore un peu de miel pour assurer l&rsquo;alimentation des abeilles cet hiver.<\/p>\n<p>Le miel sera mis en pot la semaine prochaine avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre mis en vente au coll\u00e8ge. Nous l&rsquo;avons gout\u00e9: il est l\u00e9ger, d&rsquo;une grande clart\u00e9 et parfum\u00e9.
